Once upon a time Once upon a time there was a man who had the arrogance of youth and thought he knew it all. The answers just oozed from between his wily lips, there was no way the flow could be stopped. It just oozed, the saliva ending up in a long slimy thread, all the way down tot his shodded feet.

Every once in a while Mother Earth seems to spawn a new guru, a saviour who will redefine and make things better for us.
We put new hopes in such gurus, as we are all living in dark unpredictable times. Hence a guru is not taken for granted, after all, he will show us the light at the end of the tunnel.

But young gurus quickly tend to lose their wild hairs with age. A process we all go through. Most of us become fathers and wiser gurus -if ever - it seems. We see ourselves in the mirrors that our children are and recognise the arrogance, the vanity, the art that youth is.

When the children grow up, they feel they know the way and will tell us so, and want to point out that their way is the better way.
Chicks leave the nest and leave the old gurus to themselves, contemplative, and looking for the answer to the arrogance they once knew and thought was right.

The eyes get dimmer but the look within shines a brighter light. On the one hand, one recalls the cradle rocked by a loving mother, on the other hand, though, the bed for an eternal and deserved rest is beckoning like a new mother, as loving and generous as the one who gave birth to you. But who is the all knowing Mother?

Why am I not so sure about knowledge anymore, why do I question it time and time again?

I look once more into my heart, only to realise that no one really is in the know. For the more you know, the more you gather the bits an pieces of the universal jigsaw, the sadder you get, because you know time is running out on you and you will never know why you were here and that you know nothing at all.

I just saw BENT, a movie about the persecution of homosexuals, who ended up in the same concentration camps as the Jews, gypsies and others deemed criminals.

It seems some cops in New York ought to see that movie in order to understand they are not far away of a kapo and SS personality, slightly psycopathical?

But then we know, that the first concentrationcamps were those in Oaklahoma, where they put the Cherokiee nation to starve and die out. The first cleansing program which served as a model for Hitler's.
